MEET OUR TEAM

Denise

Denise is the owner and founder of Quality Care Staffing Solutions, LLC. Denise started QCSS on May 28, 2014, and has been excited to watch it grow in leaps and bounds! Denise has an extensive healthcare background: she was a CNA for 7 years, a Med Tech for 1 year, an LPN for 2 years, and an RN from 2008 through today!

Denise says, “I started this business from my home. I saw the need for better staffing in healthcare. I wanted to try to make a difference and help families and our communities. I started this business to revolve around family morals and the respect of others.”

Lori

Lori is the Human Resources/Payroll Specialist at Quality Care Staffing Solutions, LLC, and has served in that capacity since 2020.

Lori has a Health Information Technologies Associates Degree in 2019 and is currently working on an Accounting Associates Degree with a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist Certificate.

Lori has lived in the Rice Lake/Barron area since she was 10 years old. She was born in Eau Claire, WI, and now she and her family call Rice Lake HOME. Lori’s family consists of her son, my son’s dad (she calls him “other half!!”), plus 2 dogs: Rubble and Taz Man. Lori says: “I have never worked for a company that is so family oriented!”

Amanda

Amanda started with QCSS in June of 2017 and she says it has been the best career choice she ever made. When she started, she honestly had no idea what a staffing agency even did…now she actively schedules 50+ employees throughout the state at one of our numerous facilities! Looking to join our team as a CNA, LPN or RN? Amanda is your girl as she is also the Recruiter along with being the scheduling manager. Amanda says, “I love the positive impact our staff can make in a residents life and encourage our staff to always be their best with every shift they pick up!”

Amanda and her husband have 7 children, 3 cats and 2 dogs. When not at work you can normally find her outside hiking with her family or at one of her children’s sporting events!
